Regardless of the scope of the project, KCCNE handles all phases of the process, including remodeling design, countertop fabrication, and installation.
We have an excellent opportunity available for a highly-motivated Customer Service Receptionist.
This job opening is ideal for the individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth oriented and creative environment.
Compensation is based on an hourly wage, with the added potential of earning sales commissions.
This is a full-time position that currently covers four weekdays and Saturday.
Some flexibility in hours is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the customer service/receptionist area, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Greet customers at the main reception area of our beautiful showroom Answer phones Act as a liaison in coordinating design and other appointments Advise customers of our full remodel process for kitchens and baths Handle the front-end countertop sales process along with our sales team Work with our Buildertrend project management SW in handling various aspects of countertop sales processing Monitor online website inquiries/chats Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications and Skills Excellent professional decorum Strong customer service skills Good communication abilities, both verbal and written The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Must be flexible with work schedule and hours if required Required Education and Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent Some college or associate degree preferred Minimum of two years customer service/sales Proficiency in learning new computer software programs) Benefits KCCNE provides a competitive compensation program, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision and dental insurance, paid vacation and sick/personal time, matching 401(K) program, and more.
