Summary:
This role will lead from our corporate values and goals, taking a people-centered approach to the design and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
This leader will proactively support the organization across the employee lifecycle through strategic planning and implementation of company-wide events.
They will build a unified sense of purpose to drive greater connection amongst employees, building a positive employee experience through an inclusive company culture.
The Employee Engagement Manager is self-motivated and passionate about creating an employee experience and culture enabling our employees to thrive and contribute to the accomplishment of organizational and professional goals.
This position will focus on the conceptualization, planning and execution of a full suite of engagement methods and touchpoints including employee events and activities, employee recognition programs, employee resource groups (ERG), and other employee and culture related projects and initiatives.
The leader will prioritize becoming knowledgeable of the culture of Collette and advocate our purpose, mission, vision, and values of Be Happy, Be Trailblazers, Be Responsible, Be the Legacy to all employees.
This position will partner with the People & Culture Team and Leadership to build a culture of trust, positive impact, inclusion and belonging.
Primary Functions:
Partner with People & Culture and Collette Leadership to drive the overall vision, strategy, and execution of dynamic, meaningful (and fun!) employee engagement programs and events.
These should connect both corporate based and fully remote employees globally to our corporate goals, culture, mission, and vision values.
Spearhead and drive the development of programs throughout the moments that matter in the employee lifecycle that align to strategic priorities while creating the corresponding events and activities calendar.
Plan and execute employee engagement events and programs leveraging new and existing technology, and engaging our global teammates.
These will include but are not limited to annual all employee meeting (Town Hall), recognition events, volunteer opportunities, holiday celebrations.
Use technology to optimize the employee engagement experience and build connection to teammates and Collette's mission, vision, values and culture.
Lead and work alongside of, ERGs focused on building a diverse, welcoming, responsible and inclusive culture (i.
e.
, volunteer, affinity, professional development).
Collect employee feedback through surveys, interviews, focus groups and other channels to provide insight into the development of engagement programming.
Develop, implement and manage an employee recognition program designed to increase engagement and retention.
Develop and implement monthly Get to Know You virtual meeting to bring global employees together.
Act as an ambassador for Collette both internally and externally to include partnerships with local and global community partners.
Research and be aware of best-in-class trends in employee engagement and employee experience, responsible and values led business programs Generate creative ideas and make suggestions for process improvement, continuing to evolve our programs to be relevant as the future of work changes.
As needed, assist with other People & Culture projects as a part of a multi-focused team.

Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
7-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Passion for working in a value led company, creating connections, and engaging ALL employees in developing a positive work environment.
Excellent people skills - ability to connect with employees, partners, and leaders, build partnerships, communicate effectively with people all over the world at every level of the organization Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate sound judgment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for this position.
Working knowledge of the employee feedback process and analysis and interpretation of qualitative data to drive decision-making.
Strong project management skills and experience organizing programs, events, and projects.
Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 15% of the time.
Ability to attend industry and partner events and work extended hours over some nights/weekends is required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using design tools or project management tools a plus.
Strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Starting Annual Salary:
$60,000 - $100,000 Job Type:
