Archetype Entertainment is a new game studio in Austin, Texas led by industry veterans from BioWare and other AAA studios. Archetype is a division of Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro). We are building a development team with world-class talent to create a new science fiction universe for our first multiplatform roleplaying video game. We also believe that game studios should empower top developers and challenge them with ambitious projects that are shaped by a strong, clearly communicated creative vision.Archetype Entertainment is hiring a Brand Manager to serve as the marketing leader for brand marketing support. This role is focused on building a AAA-caliber brand presence in the market. This marketing leader coordinates projects with internal, vendors and contract agencies to ensure that the marketing creative appeals to targeted gamers. The manager will coordinate the internal routing and approvals process for contracts. The right candidate will lead brand impact analysis for key programs activated for Archetype Entertainment and Skeleton Key brands. This position supports the success of the brand campaign plan by ensuring timely delivery and high-quality production value for marketing content released to the public. This leader will lead the review of market impact of tactical programs activated as part of the marketing campaign to support the growth of a Connected Community for Archetype and/or Skeleton Key brand IPs.
Responsibilities:
Grow market penetration by aligning assets with key target market insights to build strong brand affinity within targeted player communities. Manage the asset approvals process, to ensure timely release and quality execution of key tactical programs Support activation and tracking of brand marketing contracts to ensure partnerships are supported in a manner that builds long-term benefits for all involved Ensure quality of marketing materials and timely delivery to partners and product owners to ensure the success of key marketing beats Lead tactical planning based on digital insights to grow Connected Community to 3M
by the date of the game's public release for EXODUS; and meet a similar goal for the Skeleton Key brand Lead development of new creative approaches to grow brand awareness in emergent channels Amplify brand awareness by analyzing engagement for key promotional programs Coordinate content review and release schedule to ensure consistent market presence and build brand identity Support use of the Brand Bible to build a consistent brand identity across all campaign beats Coordinate the timeline for strategic program launches Build and test optimization strategies to increase positive returns on marketing programs Act as the Brand Champion by sharing monthly strategic activity reports with executive leaders Track and trend brand growth by reviewing social tools and sharing key insights acquired by market Develop and distribute a monthly brand marketing P&L summarizing expenses versus return for key programs Coordinate the management of publisher and licensing partner programs Manage product forecasts for new launches, IP expansion titles, or MTX initiatives Introduce creative programs that fit within budgetary guidelines (encouraging strong fiscal planning). Empower internal and external resources (including agencies, press, licensees, etc.) to implement marketing programs throughout life cycle of products. Partner with producers and product development teams to play an instrumental role in product development. Coordinate product-specific market research (including focus groups, email and web surveys) to support product development team. Partner with sales distribution partners to improve sell-in and sell-through of all titles. Work with the retail team to create strong retail marketing programs. Coordinate product launch planning with International partners to ensure consistency and gain economies in worldwide product launches. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
