Our products are used in a variety of industries such as boating, fishing, wholesale, and by the US military.
We are a small family business looking for motivated team players to join our group.
These positions can interview and start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Taking spools on and off machines.
- Monitor machines to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments - Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes - Calibrate machinery to ensure product meets required specifications.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred - Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) - High school diploma or equivalent preferred Job Type:
