We are seeking a detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant with some experience or willingness to learn covering the front desk when need be.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Basic orthodontic assisting experience (insert and tie in wires, 3D scan with itero machine, sterilization, etc).
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify insurance information and collect co-pays - Maintain patient records and ensure accurate medical documentation - Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
Experience:
