The Home-Based Clinician provides support and direction to the Children & Family Services program at UCPRI in order to assist children/adolescents with their therapeutic goals and objectives as outlined in their individual treatment plans.
UCPRI will offer new clinicians 2 training tracks to choose from:
EMDR/Trauma Track- Become EMDR Certified Children/Families Developmental Track- Neurodiversity:
Learning Through Play and More Your Role:
Completing initial assessments with children/families Developing treatment plans with families Providing child-specific training to direct support staff working in the home Coaching parents using modeling and psycho-education Supervising direct support staff and Bachelor's level coordinators Facilitating group treatments Collaborating with outside providers such as schools, hospitals, and other agencies Providing outpatient therapy You Have:
A Master's level degree in Human Services/appropriate RI licensure (e.
g.
LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) Experience working with children and families Superb organizational and advocacy skills An acceptable driving record and car insurance The ability to pass a BCI (background check) Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
Up to $65,000.
