Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting
manager
in Pawtucket,
rhode island
(RI).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the preparation of quarterly SEC filings in accordance with SEC and GAAP requirements.
Coordinate the quarterly reporting calendar and reporting packages for Business Units and interact with Business Unit and Corporate Department contacts regarding questions on submitted reporting packages.
Ensure compliance with the public company financial disclosure requirements.
Coordinate quarterly XBRL tagging/filing with third party service provider.
Analyze Corporate and consolidated balance sheet and prepare quarterly balance sheet review package for senior
management
.
Responsible for monitoring updates to
accounting
Standards Codification, SEC reporting rules and regulations and IFRS, and working with Directors of Accounting & Reporting in assessing potential impact on the Company.
Research technical accounting and reporting matters and provide consultations to Directors of Accounting & Reporting business unit finance teams.
Ensure policies adhere to new accounting/reporting requirements and establish internal processes to accurately compile information for disclosures.
Special/ad-hoc projects as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
