Join ourSupply Chaindepartment as aLogistics Analyst.In this role you will provide general administrative and analytical assistance to the company's NA Logistics Manager to support both logistics and supply chain initiatives. The Analyst has the responsibility of managing the Company's outside warehouse program. This includes processing the heavy volume of transactions associated with and incurred by Teknor's North American outside warehouses. The Analyst assures the reporting integrity of Teknor's interactions with its outside warehouses and promptly follows up on, reconciles or resolves differences in quantities shipped into, out of and processed by these locations. The Analyst will perform field audits of the company's inventory as warranted.
Provide detailed analysis on freight, logistics, and other supply chain costs to evaluate and support strategic direction.
Current pulse on logistics and transportation industry for basis of analysis and communication.
Run, audit, and distribute routine reports.
Process Freight Claims.
Support miscellaneous evaluation and coding of freight as required by regulatory and other agencies including understanding and resource support for dangerous goods as it pertains to logistics.
Establishes, administers and overseas subcontractor and outside warehouse processes in Movex:
Manages all subcontracted inventory and set-up of subcontracting processes that includes requisitioning, receiving and adjusting all outside inventory balances (i.e., break-bulk, subcontracting, consignment, in-process et al). Researches problems and proposes solutions
Provides advice on system capabilities and limitations during design phase of proposed subcontracting arrangement. Trains those involved in establishing subcontracting arrangements
Documents subcontracting processes and ensures adherence
Periodically performs site visits of outside warehouse locations to conduct physical inventory counts, resolve reporting issues
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Position requires a minimum of 2-4 years Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or similar relevant experience in an ERP environment
Four-year college degree, or equivalent experience, is required, along with a commitment to ongoing professional education. Professional designations, such as APICS certifications in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management are a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
